    Thanks for the resources they are very useful.
    I am taking the challenge hour by hour – so far no problem as I’ve had enough time to prepare food.

    I have already years ago excluded dairy from my diet which is a big challenge.
    Tea without milk is difficult and
    I would recommend rice dream as a replacement for dairy in tea.
